Scott Hale

Scott Hale has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the supply chain, business development, and project management fields. Scott is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Şişecam and has previously held the position of Vice President of Business Development and Initiatives at the same company. Prior to joining Şişecam, Scott held the position of Vice President at Ciner Group.

Before their current roles, Scott worked at HDR for over two decades, where they held several leadership positions. These included Vice President of Industrial and Oil & Gas Terminals, Industrial and Oil & Gas Lead/AVP, NW Oil & Gas Sector Lead, Program Manager, and Project Manager. In these roles, they managed large-scale programs and projects, oversaw business development, and built strong relationships with clients in various industries such as agribusiness, chemicals, consumer products, and telecommunications.

Scott's experience also includes leading the creation of a new market sector focusing on oil and gas in the Pacific Northwest region and managing a significant program that enhanced rail freight capacity at a port. Scott has a proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving growth in the industrial and oil & gas sectors.
