Stacey Bothwell

Stacey Bothwell is a Partner in the Business Law department at Siskinds, LLP, where they focus on mergers and acquisitions, trademarks, professional corporations, and the cannabis sector. With significant experience in transactions ranging from start-ups to multi-million dollar businesses, Stacey has also developed expertise in privacy and cybersecurity policies. They began their career as an Associate at Siskinds from 2000 to 2012 and have been a Partner since 2013. Stacey holds an LLB from The University of Western Ontario and is currently pursuing a B.Ed. at the University of Windsor, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the College of Charleston.
