Fernando Batistella

Fernando Batistella is currently the Marketing and UX Director at Sispro Software Empresarial, where they design strategies to enhance user experiences and strengthen the brand. Previously, they served as Head of Innovation at Sispro Serviços e Tecnologia S/A, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation. Fernando's career also includes roles as an Assistant Consultant at Escola Convexo and a Management Intern at Sidersul - Produtos Siderúrgicos. They hold a degree in Administration with a focus on Innovation and Leadership from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, and have pursued further studies in Business Administration and Management at HEC Montréal and a business course at Universidad Central (CL).
