Lia Bax has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Product & Sales Manager at Sisterna since December 1996, where responsibilities include the sales of sucrose esters across Benelux, France, and the UK, as well as managing application development in the lab. Previously, Lia Bax worked as a Technical Sales Manager, overseeing various aspects of technical sales service, international logistics, and ERP systems. Prior to Sisterna, Lia Bax was a Product Developer at Royal Cosun from August 1988 to December 1996, focusing on ingredient applications in various food products. Lia Bax holds a BSc in Food Technology from HAS Green Academy and has pursued additional education in marketing, sales skills, and French conversation, demonstrating a commitment to professional development in the industry.
