SisterWood is a Devon-based grassroots charity supporting girls and young women (aged 12–16) to build mental resilience and reconnect with the natural world. Through nature-based sessions, we create inclusive, nurturing spaces where participants explore creativity, confidence, and community.

Our programme blends practical outdoor skills, reflective practices, and group connection, helping young people develop a toolkit for emotional wellbeing and life’s challenges. We work particularly with those facing social or emotional struggles, and are guided by trauma-informed, anti-oppressive values.
