Andre Caya has over 26 years of experience in the technology and operations field, primarily with SITA. Starting as a Field Technician at Dorval Airport, Andre progressed through various roles, including Global Network Operation Center specialist and Service Operations Specialist, before taking on managerial positions such as Senior Manager Services and Operations and Manager Service and Infrastructure Operations - Global Operations. Andre's extensive background in service and operational management is complemented by a College Diploma in IT from College Edouard-Montpetit obtained between 1993 and 1996.
