Daniel Winter

Daniel Winter has a diverse work experience that spans various companies and roles. Daniel is currently the Head of Global People Operations at SITA since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller from 2021 to 2023, where they were the Head of Hire to Retire. At SIXT, from 2017 to 2021, Daniel held the positions of Senior Manager International People Administration & Support and HR Team Lead Germany. Daniel also had roles at DXC Technology and Accenture, where they focused on HR Transition and served as a Human Resources Supervisor and HR Administrator respectively. Additionally, Daniel gained experience as a Student Assistant at Fraunhofer Center for Central and Eastern Europe (MOEZ) and completed an internship at Institut für Strukturpolitik und Wirtschaftsförderung isw. Daniel started their career as a Logistics Manager at K+P Logistik GmbH after completing their apprenticeship in Logistics Management.

Daniel Winter completed their education at Leipzig University from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained a Diplom (eq. Master) in Sociology/Criminal Law. Daniel also attended Collegium Civitas from 2009 to 2010, studying International Relations. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Change Management from Volkshochschule, German Labour Code from IHK Berlin, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from ICG-Capability s.r.o.
