Ed Mitchell

Ed Mitchell has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Technical Team Leader at SITA since March 2001, where responsibilities include acting as a Scrum Master and transitioning the team to agile development practices for a back-of-house shopping service. Previously, Ed worked as a Programmer at Equant Application Services from October 1999 to March 2001, specializing in C programming, and as a Junior Programmer at Novus Systems Technology Ltd from October 1997 to October 1999, where Ed also took on the role of in-house trainer. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Cybernetics from the University of Reading, obtained between 1994 and 1997, and received training in agile methodologies from Agil8 in 2013.
