Luis Forero

Luis Forero is an experienced proposal management professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Proposal Manager at SITA since September 2019, Luis excels in reviewing RFPs and RFIs, guiding proposal development, and coordinating efforts for airport and airline bids across the Americas. As an APMP Certified Proposal Management Consultant with LSF & Associates, Luis has successfully managed substantial federal solicitations. Previous roles include senior positions at Final Mile Logistics, BAE Systems, and R4 Incorporated, where Luis directed comprehensive proposal development efforts, significantly contributing to winning contracts totaling over $259 million. In addition to professional expertise, Luis is a USSF C-License soccer coach, focusing on the development of youth players' technical and tactical skills.
