Project Bids, Project Mobilisation and Project Management.

Sitali is an ISO accredited project management consultancy specialising in bidding, mobilising, delivering and commissioning complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

We offer a unique blend of construction expertise, treatment process knowledge and people-focused project management skills that deliver real, achievable project planning.

We do this because our close-knit team members all have hands on experience delivering and commissioning large infrastructure projects. With backgrounds spanning Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process and Project Controls, we’re able to assist anywhere in the org-structure and at any project phase.

Sitali (Si-TAR-lee) means ‘a cooling breath that calms the system’, a definition that influenced our six core commitments of CALM, RESPONSIVE, TRANSPARENT, RESPONSIBLE, DEPENDABLE and HUMAN.

We genuinely cherish our clients at Sitali. We care about their projects and their people and we aim to have a positive impact on both during our time together.

So be it a smaller project in our local Northern Rivers region, or a major program of works in one of Australia’s metro hubs, we hope to establish ourselves as your trusted partner for setting your projects up for success.
