Conor Fennerty

Conor Fennerty is the EVP, CFO & Treasurer at SITE Centers. Prior to joining SITE Centers, Fennerty served as Senior Vice President - Capital Markets from April 2017 to November 2019. Prior to that, they were Vice President - Equity Analyst at BlackRock from July 2014 to April 2017. Fennerty began their career as an Equity Analyst at Cohen & Steers from July 2012 to July 2014 before moving to Goldman Sachs, where they served as an Associate from May 2010 to July 2012. Fennerty started their career in June 2007 as an Analyst / Associate at Deutsche Bank Securities.

Conor Fennerty graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University.
