Andrei Pop currently serves as the Director of PM, Innovation at Sitecore since July 2025. Prior to this role, Andrei held positions at BlueConic, where responsibilities included Senior Product Manager and Product Manager from September 2022 to June 2025. Andrei's experience also includes leading efforts as the Machine Learning & Technology Lead at Expect in early 2022, focusing on a decarbonisation management platform. From May 2014 to December 2021, Andrei worked at Thunderhead, first as an Architect in Machine Learning & Mobile Technologies, and later managing the development and integration of mobile SDKs and MLOps pipelines. Earlier roles include Mobile Solutions Architect at Monitise Create and Technical Architect/Developer Team Lead at Chelsea Apps, where Andrei contributed to various mobile applications and client engagements. Andrei began a career in customer consulting at Legal & General, supporting investment products from 2006 to 2012. Andrei holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex and an IT Practitioners Diploma from City College Brighton and Hove.
