Brett McCarty

Brett McCarty is a seasoned professional in customer renewals and account management with extensive experience in the software industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Renewals & Compliance at Sitecore since September 2022, Brett previously held the position of Director of Customer Renewals at Planview, Inc., where Brett developed a global renewals strategy and managed a team responsible for negotiating over $160M annually across 2,700 customers. Prior roles include Sales Director of Account Management at Innotas, where Brett established an Account Management program and led a team focused on booking and retention for 600 accounts, and earlier positions at Kaseya and Arena Solutions. Brett earned a degree in Supply Chain Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
