Eoin McDonagh

Eoin McDonagh is an experienced legal professional specializing in data protection and privacy law. Currently serving as Director of Data Protection and Lead Privacy Counsel at Sitecore since July 2022, Eoin previously held the role of Data Protection Officer at Swrve and served as In-House Data Protection Counsel at KPMG. Eoin’s career includes roles as a Data Protection Associate at Securys Limited, Team Lead at Shopify, and Attorney at Law at McDonagh Law, where Eoin advised clients on various legal matters, including immigration and employment law. Eoin’s earlier experience encompasses positions as Associate Attorney at Goldstein & Associates, LLC, with a focus on immigration law, and an intern at Conflenti & Associates, LLC. Eoin holds an LLB in Law and a BA in Law & History from the University of Galway, along with a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Dublin Business School.
