Jérôme Becaas

Jérôme Becaas is an accomplished marketing operations professional with extensive experience in automation and CRM systems. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Operations & Automation at Sitecore since March 2019, Jérôme previously held the position of Senior Manager in the same field at the same company. Prior to Sitecore, Jérôme spent over six years at Questel as the CRM and Marketing Automation Manager, focusing on platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot. Earlier career roles include CRM Manager for Salesforce and various positions in consulting and engineering at reputable organizations including Robert H. Smith School of Business, Aisan Industry Co Ltd, BMW, Faurecia, and IVM Automotive. Jérôme holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Marketing from the University of Maryland, in addition to multiple engineering degrees in Automotive Design and Mechanical Engineering from established institutions.
