Justin Grall

Justin Grall is an experienced professional in client services and project management with a strong background in digital experience platforms. Currently serving as the Director of Client Services AMS at Sitecore since June 2019, Justin has held various roles including Team Manager and Senior Client Manager. Prior to Sitecore, Justin worked at Hedgehog as a Senior Account Manager and Project Manager, contributing to a multidisciplinary firm specializing in web technologies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Hanson Dodge Creative, Co-President at Niche Style / Sound, and a Senior Business Analyst at M&I Bank. Justin began a career in client management as an Account Executive and Internet Producer at Spectracom / Circle 1 Network. Educationally, Justin holds a BA in Public Relations/Advertising with a Business Minor from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
