Lisa Olson

Lisa Olson is a seasoned professional in business operations and CRM platform management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of CRM Platform Operations at Sitecore since May 2016, Lisa has held several key positions within the company, including Director of Business Process and Senior Manager of Business Process. Prior to Sitecore, Lisa worked at Ipswitch, Inc. as Business Operations Manager and held the position of Business Operations Analyst at Endeca Technologies. Early in her career, Lisa gained valuable experience as a Compensation Analyst and Sales Analyst at PC Connection. Lisa holds a degree in Creative Arts from Bradford College, completed in 1997.
