Loren Brown has extensive experience in sales and operations, currently serving as a Senior Manager in both the Deal Desk and Sales Support Operations at Sitecore since June 2016, where responsibilities include enhancing customer experience through personalized digital solutions. Prior to Sitecore, Loren was a Senior Personal Banker at Citizens Bank, managing relationships and providing financial guidance to enhance the customer banking experience from October 2011 to June 2016. Additionally, Loren held positions as a Retail Sales Consultant and Assistant Store Manager at AT&T Mobile Tel from December 2006 to October 2011, earning multiple awards for excellence, as well as serving as a Local Franchise Marketing Representative for Margaritas Mexican Restaurant.
