Marcus Heath

Marcus Heath is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and program management across various technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Sitecore's Commerce Platform since April 2016, Marcus leads a team in advancing the company's integrated software platform for personalized shopping experiences. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at Benbria, where Marcus oversaw the development of a SaaS customer engagement solution, and Director of Program Management at Cactus Commerce, managing a variety of projects. Earlier experience includes senior positions at Nortel and Deloitte Consulting, as well as a significant tenure at the Department of National Defence, where Marcus contributed to business process re-engineering and naval architecture projects. Academic achievements include an MBA from the University of Ottawa, along with dual master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture from MIT, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada.
