Rob Earlam

Rob Earlam is a seasoned professional in the technology sector, currently serving as the Head of Developer Advocacy at Sitecore since September 2015. In this player/coach role, Rob manages a globally distributed team while actively contributing to achieve team objectives. Previous positions at Sitecore include Senior Developer Advocate, Technical Evangelist, and Solution Architect, where responsibilities ranged from enabling a global community of developers to ensuring customer value from purchases. Prior to Sitecore, Rob worked with Deloitte Digital as a Consultant on a digital transformation project and held roles at Authentic Entertainment Australia, igloo, Manheim Retail Services, and IHSTi, demonstrating a strong progression in software development expertise. Rob holds a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.
