Simon Fryer

Simon Fryer is an HR Director with a strong passion for hiring, developing, and inspiring people sustainably. Educated at the University of Birmingham with a BSc in Technology and an additional year in Computer Science at Kent University, Simon began their career in recruitment at Turner & Townsend, where they built teams and delivered global recruitment services. Following roles at Google and Azimo, where they significantly expanded business sizes, Simon served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Red Hat before becoming the HR Director for Go-To-Market at Sitecore. Currently, Simon continues to leverage their extensive experience to drive HR operations and people initiatives within the EMEA region.
