Charlène PLAT

Charlène PLAT has a diverse work experience across various companies. Charlène started their career in 2013 as a Coordinatrice de tutorats étudiants - Service civique at ASSOCIATION ZUP DE CO, where they were responsible for coordinating student/college student tutoring programs. Charlène then worked as a Chargée de recherche at CIRCULAR CONSULTING for a brief period in 2015. In 2016, Charlène joined SNCF as a Consultante en évaluation & développement managérial, where they served until 2018. Their responsibilities included consulting on evaluation and managerial development. Charlène then moved to SNCF Gares & Connexions as a Responsable Recrutement, Intégration & Évaluation, where they worked until 2020. Charlène then transitioned to the role of an IT Talent Recruiter at SNCF, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they are the Head of People at Siteflow, a position they have held since October 2022.

Charlène PLAT obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université Paris Cité, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Charlène then pursued further education at the same institution and completed a Master's degree in Work Psychology, specializing in Organizational and Personnel Psychology, from 2014 to 2016.
