Alex Kirk

Alex Kirk has a long and varied career in the real estate and construction industry. Alex began their career in 1994 as a Project Architect at The Johnson Studio. Alex then moved to Applebee's International in 1995 as the Director of Development. In 1997, they became the Director of Construction at Shoney's North America Corporation. From 1999 to 2011, they worked at WD Partners, Expesite, and Nationwide Energy Partners, respectively, in roles such as SVP of Corporate Development, SVP of Business Development, and SVP of Sales & Marketing. In 2013, they became the Owner of both Front Porch Development, LLC and sitefolio, LLC. In 2018, they became the SVP of Construction at Redwood Living, and in 2019 they became the Owner of Avalon Development, LLC.
