Dawn Crew

Dawn Crew has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Dawn started their career as an Accounting Services Supervisor at Lindquist LLP in 1989. Dawn then worked as a Principal at their own accounting consulting firm before joining AvantGo, Inc. as a Corporate Controller in 1999. Dawn later joined Brightmail, Inc. in the same role in 2003. In 2005, they joined Xign Corporation as a Corporate Controller and later served as Acting CFO. Following the acquisition of Xign by JPMorgan Chase, Dawn transitioned to the role of Vice President, Finance Manager at JPMorgan Xign. Dawn then moved on to become the Director of Finance at HackerRank in 2014, where they played an integral role in building the finance function. Dawn's most recent role was as the VP, Controller at YapStone, where they served until 2023. Currently, Dawn holds the position of SVP, Corporate Controller at Siteimprove. Throughout their career, Dawn has gained extensive experience in accounting consulting services, M&A support, SEC reporting, audit preparation, forecasting, and modeling. Dawn specializes in start-up SaaS companies and has a strong background in the technology industry.

Dawn Crew obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - Accounting from California State University - East Bay, attending from 1983 to 1985.
