Eric Bilodeau, PMP, currently serves as Chief of Staff at Sitemate, a role held since May 2025. Previously, Eric operated as a Project Manager at Greyback Construction Ltd. from April 2022 to May 2025 and provided sustainable project delivery services at REGEN Project Delivery from November 2021 to October 2022. Eric's early career included work as an Assistant Project Manager at Landform Architecture + Design Build and as Operations Manager at Keats Island Construction, where significant improvements in accounting processes were achieved. A Digital Solutions Developer at FAVICAN, Eric created numerous digital media solutions and supported various cultural projects. Initially, Eric gained versatile construction experience from 2004 to 2017 and held relevant positions at Canfor and Free The Children, where facilities transition management was a key responsibility. Eric's education includes a Diploma in Sustainable Construction Management and Technology from Okanagan College, completed in 2022.
