Renata Novais

Renata Novais has worked at various companies in a variety of roles. In 2016, they worked as a Salesperson at TRACK&FIELD and as a Social Media Evaluator at Appen. In 2017, they were an Engineering Intern at Hormigon Engenharia e Consultoria Técnica. In 2019, they were an Engineering Analyst and Engineer Intern at Mechitron Soluções Industriais. In 2020, they were a Full Stack Developer at INCO Investimentos. From 2021 to 2023, they were a Consultant Developer, Graduate Consultant, and Thoughtworks University Program Participant at Thoughtworks. As a Thoughtworks University Program Participant, they were involved in a fully remote global development program that included 1:1 coaching, daily skills sessions, on-going mentoring to introduce newly hired graduate technologists to the principles, practices and skills required to build working software.

Renata Novais has an extensive educational background. From 2003 to 2013, they attended Colégio Loyola, completing their elementary and high school education. From 2014 to 2020, they studied Civil Engineering at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, earning a Bachelor of Engineering. In 2017, they completed a Future Engineer program at SENAI BH CECOTEG. In 2021, they graduated from Trybe with a Software Development degree in Computer Programming/Programmer, General. Renata has also obtained several certifications, including Web Developer from Trybe in 2021, Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in 2020, and various other certificates from LinkedIn in 2019.
