In 2011, they worked as a Quality Assurance Officer at B.E.Campbell and a Van Sales Representative at Marshall Power. In 2014, they worked as a Digital Media Consultant at Industrie Media Property Marketing. In 2015, they worked as a Business Development Manager at ingogo | Pay RIGHT AWAY. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development Manager at J & R New Enterprises. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at SAI Global Assurance in roles such as Business Development Manager, Business Development Manager - Business Improvement & Management System Training, and Business Development Executive. In 2020, they worked as a Business Development Advisor and Enterprise Business Development Manager at Payright. Currently, they are the Director of Sales - Oceania and Enterprise Account Executive at Sitemate.

Rob Brooke attended Blacktown Boys High School from 2003 to 2008, where they earned their Higher School Certificate. Rob studied Business Studies and Biology as part of their studies.
