Anna is a Product Enablement Manager at SiteMinder, where she leverages her accounting and hospitality background to enable SiteMinder's teams across the globe. With over 20 years of experience in learning & development, hospitality, and management, she has spent 18 years managing and facilitating learning and development initiatives for SiteMinder, the world's leading guest acquisition platform for hotels, as well as Wayfair.

Anna's mission is to empower teams with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed and grow within the organization. She works closely with leaders and stakeholders from different functions and regions to understand their training needs and align them with business goals and strategies. Anna has successfully led the training roll-out for a number of SiteMinder's new products, ensuring all teams are familiar with the product and relevant processes before go-live. She is passionate about creating engaging and effective learning experiences that foster team spirit, collaboration, and innovation.
