Robert St Clair has extensive experience in the field of experience design and product development. Robert is currently working as a Principal Product Designer at SiteMinder since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Experience Designer at NTT Ltd. from October 2018 to June 2021. Before that, they worked as a CX Consultant at ASG Group from November 2017 to October 2018. Robert also held the position of Experience Design Director at AnalogFolk from April 2015 to October 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Experience Designer for various companies from October 2014 to March 2015. In terms of leadership roles, they served as the UX Director at Redux Labs, where they contributed to the development of the digital signage and content programming platform for McDonalds APAC and other customers. Robert also worked as an Interactive Creative Director at Spinifex Group from July 2009 to December 2012. Furthermore, they established their own company, Robert St Clair Design, and served as the Director, providing rich media applications and interactive installations to museums. Their expertise also extends to UX consulting and front-end development, as evidenced by their role as a UX Consultant and front-end developer at Collider in May 2011. Their earlier experiences include serving as a Senior Interaction Designer at Frost*collective, where they contributed to various projects such as the Tourism NT website redesign and Sydney Opera House website redesign. Robert St Clair has a Master of Fine Arts degree in Interactive art from UNSW. Robert also has a Post-graduate diploma in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Technology Sydney. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Anthropology from The Australian National University. Robert has obtained a certification in Data-Driven Design: Quantitative Research for UX from The Interaction Design Foundation in 2022.
