Brody Pepper

Brody Pepper has a significant amount of work experience in the field of nursery procurement and management. Brody started their career at Lowe's Home Improvement as a Store Manager in 2005. In 2007, they joined Shemin Nurseries as a Market General Manager and later became the Director of Sourcing in 2010. From 2007 to 2023, they worked at SiteOne Landscape Supply, starting as a Nursery Procurement Director and then promoted to the role of Director - Nursery & Hardscapes Procurement. During their tenure at SiteOne, Brody completed a custom software project to optimize procurement purchasing decisions for a company dealing with a large number of suppliers and products, supporting a significant category business.
