Doug Black is currently the CEO at SiteOne. Before that, they were the President and Chief Operating Officer at Oldcastle Inc. from January 2012 to December 2013. Doug was also the Chief Executive Officer at Oldcastle Materials Inc. from January 2006 to December 2012. During their time at Oldcastle Inc., Doug Black led the $12.6 billion enterprise across three business sectors - materials (aggregate, ready-mixed concrete, asphalt, paving services), products (concrete, clay, plastic, aluminum, glass, metal), and distribution (roofing, siding, insulation, dry-wall, ceiling tile). Oldcastle has 37,000 employees who operate over 2,000 facilities in all 50 US states, 6 Canadian provinces, Argentina and Chile. Oldcastle is a subsidiary of CRH plc, a leading global building materials manufacturer and distributor based in Dublin, Ireland. Under Doug Black's leadership, in challenging markets Oldcastle achieved 12% growth in revenue and 38% growth in operating profit over the two years 2012 and 2013. Doug also achieved over $100m in incremental sales through a new integrated commercial approach to market - Oldcastle Building Solutions - leveraging all business lines to penetrate major customers/projects.

Doug Black received a Master of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
