Jerrod Knapp

Jerrod Knapp is an experienced Salesforce Architect currently employed at SiteOne Landscape Supply since September 2021, and serves as a Principal Consultant at Trident Management Services, LLC since November 2017. Prior to these roles, Jerrod worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Healthcare IT Leaders from August 2019 to October 2021, as well as at Cox Automotive Inc. and AutoTrader.com, where responsibilities included developing Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
