John Rockwell has extensive work experience in various roles related to application development, project management, and implementation. John most recently worked at SiteOne Landscape Supply as a Director of Application Development, where they led a team in implementing and supporting the company's point-of-sale application and integrating third-party solutions. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager of Application Development at the same company, managing a team and overseeing the integration of third-party solutions. Before joining SiteOne Landscape Supply, John worked as a Senior IT Project Manager at a different organization, where they managed the implementation of a CRM platform and led various projects related to the company's point-of-sale environment. John also has experience as a Project Manager at ADP, where they implemented a workforce management solution, and as a Senior Consultant at AchieveIt Online, LLC, where they led the implementation of an execution management system. John's earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Success Team Lead at Atcore Systems, where they managed CRM consulting engagements, and as a Manager of Accounting Technology at James Madison University, where they led various projects related to finance and system upgrades.

John Rockwell received their High School Diploma in Pre-College from Bellbrook High School in 2008. John then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Analytics from the University of Kentucky in 2012. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including SugarCRM Administration Specialist and SugarCRM Sales Specialist from SugarCRM in 2015, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from James Madison University in 2013, and Microsoft Office Suite certification from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in 2011.
