Steve Counter

Steve Counter currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Irrigation Association and holds the position of Vice President of Category Management at SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC, since 2015, where Steve has also held roles as Senior Director and Director of Category Management. Previous experience includes Vice President of Sales at PRAMAC, where significant revenue and margin improvements were achieved, and Senior Regional Manager at Rain Bird, leading contractor and distributor relationships. Steve’s extensive career at Stanley Black & Decker included various managerial roles with a focus on sales and marketing across several divisions, managing over $100 million in sales and playing a key role in new product introductions and strategic supplier agreements. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Auburn University.
