Tracey Howard

Tracey Howard, MBA, is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning several industries. Currently, Tracey serves as Cost Supervisor in the Supply Chain at SiteOne Landscape Supply, focusing on product costing strategy and training development since August 2022. Prior experience includes underwriting and risk analysis roles at PENNYMAC and UWM, as well as teaching positions in Project Management and Entrepreneurship at Baker College and local high schools. Tracey founded and led Jump 'n Play Gym, a successful children's play facility, and held various financial and managerial positions at Johnson Controls Inc. and General Motors, where significant contributions included managing budgets and conducting financial analyses on luxury car programs. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in General Business from Michigan State University, with additional minors in English and Computer Science.
