Olu O.

Olu O. has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a PM/Scrum Master at SiteRx since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Scrum Master at Fidelity Investments from November 2020 to February 2022. From May 2018 to October 2020, Olu O. held the position of Scrum Master at LyondellBasell. They also gained experience as a Scrum Master and Project Coordinator at Arbor Associates from March 2016 to April 2018, and as a Project Coordinator from January 2013 to February 2016, respectively. In their role as a Scrum Master, Olu O. guided teams in the use of Agile/Scrum practices, facilitated meetings, improved transparency and communication, identified and addressed impediments, and monitored team performance. As a Project Coordinator, they managed day-to-day activities, prioritized and managed multiple projects, and acted as a liaison between different business units.

Olu O. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 6.0 Scrum Master and a Certified Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2016.
