Ethan Jayson

Ethan Jayson is the VP, People Operations at Sitetracker. Prior to this, they were the Director of People Operations at Sitetracker from October 2017 to August 2018. From January 2015 to October 2017, they were a Senior Manager - Agile Consultant and Delivery Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions. In this role, they focused on assessing and improving Enterprises with their Agile Adoption, Working with Large Scale Delivery Teams on Agile Excellence and Delivery, all while assisting with the Coaching of Enterprises while they undergo their Agile Transformations.

Ethan Jayson has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Ethan also has certification from Sitetracker in Sitetracker Certified, Scrum Alliance in CSM, Certified Scrum Master, and Scaled Agile, Inc. in SAFe 4.0 Agilist (SA).

Their manager is Giuseppe Incitti, CEO. They are on a team with Irene Scher - VP, Sales, Tim May - CTO & Co-Founder, and Bob Amelung - VP, Enhancement & Support.
