Kimberly Caldwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kimberly is currently working at Sitetracker as the Senior Director of Customer Success. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Enterprise Customer Success at the same company. Before joining Sitetracker, Caldwell worked at KPA as a Senior Manager of Client Success, where they focused on driving adoption and overall success within enterprise clients. Kimberly also has experience at Complí, a KPA Company, where they served as a Senior Customer Success Manager, building and retaining clients on their SaaS platform. Earlier in their career, Caldwell worked at GTS Services as the Director of Sales and Marketing and later as a Strategic Account Manager. Kimberly also spent several years as a Stay At Home Mom before working at Clearwire as a National Account Executive. Caldwell started their career at Penguin Windows as the Senior Director of Sales, where they managed a sales team and exceeded production goals.
