Mindy Chou

Mindy Chou is the Manager of Payroll and Benefits at Sitetracker. Mindy has over ten years of experience in payroll and benefits administration. Mindy has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mindy Chou began their career in payroll and benefits administration at JUUL Labs, where they worked for over a year. In their role as Payroll Manager, they were responsible for managing multi-state payroll using ADP WFN for salary exempt and salary non-exempt employees. Mindy also processed weekly payroll, which included regular semi-monthly payroll, out of cycle payment for new hires and different types of bonuses, leave of absence payments, retroactive payments, and terminations payments. In addition, they processed stock options payments and managed various projects, including ADP WFN Time & Attendance implementation, data integration between ADP and different benefits carriers (Larkin, BusinessSolver, Fidelity, Kaiser, Cigna, TASC, Lincoln Life), and automation data feed from Workday to ADP.

In their role at Sitetracker, Mindy is responsible for managing payroll and benefits for the company. Mindy oversees a team of payroll and benefits specialists who handle all aspects of payroll and benefits administration for the company. This includes processing payroll, calculating imputed income for domestic partners and group term life insurance, managing HSA, FSA, and transit benefits plans, and processing 401k deferral and charitable contributions. Mindy ensures that all payroll and tax transactions are processed timely and accurately. In addition, they assist with Canada payroll for 200 salary exempt employees by utilizing payroll vendor Payworks and implementing ADP Streamline for Canada payroll.

Mindy Chou has a graduate certificate in accounting from Golden Gate University, a master's in business administration from Golden Gate University with a concentration in human resource management, and a bachelor's in business administration from San Francisco State University. Mindy also has certification from SHRM as a senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP) and from the American Payroll Association as a certified payroll professional (CPP).

Mindy Chou reports to Weihong Liu, VP, Finance. They are on a team with and Furhad Zaidi - Senior Manager, Accounting & Operations.
