Pooja Naik

Pooja Naik is an experienced HR Operations professional with a strong background in managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and driving employee engagement initiatives. Currently serving as a People Operations Partner at Sitetracker since July 2025, Pooja previously held roles at athenahealth as a Human Resources Associate and Senior Recruiting Analyst specializing in Leadership Hiring, where expertise in sourcing and placing executive talent was demonstrated. Prior experience also includes serving as an Associate Recruitment Specialist at Anzy Global, managing recruitment processes for diverse clients. Pooja holds dual Master's degrees in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing from KLE's Institute of Management Studies & Research and additional HR expertise from Karnatak University.
