Daniel Outwater

Daniel Outwater has extensive experience in construction and property management, currently serving as Training Manager and Site Superintendent at Siteworks, LLC since September 2011. Daniel's responsibilities include coordinating operations between contractors and sub-contractors, managing scheduling and logistics, ensuring heavy equipment safety, and overseeing civil engineering and GPS site services. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at Noble Management from July 2009 to September 2011 as Grading Foreman and Lead Equipment Operator, while also operating as an Owner Operator and successfully revitalizing over 20 rental properties. Daniel holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from ECPI University, attained between 2013 and 2016.
