Ken Medlin

Ken Medlin has over 30 years of diverse experience in various fields, particularly in flooring and heavy equipment operation. Since June 2016, Ken has worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Siteworks, LLC, specializing in fine grading and operating advanced machinery, including the Topcon mmGPS system. Prior to this role, Ken co-owned Ken Medlin Flooring, focusing on hardwood flooring installation, sanding, and repair. Additional experience includes working as an antique dealer at Shrunken Head Antiques, where Ken specialized in buying, selling, and appraising vintage items and music memorabilia. Ken has also contributed as a granite installer and fabricator at East Coast Countertops, engaged in commercial and residential cleaning at Starnes Cleaning, and worked as a carpet installer at Skyway Flooring. Ken graduated from Parkwood High School in 2005.
