SiteWrite is a survey software platform built around how inspections actually happen.

Surveyors often try to draft full reports on site, head down in a tablet keyboard, typing between rooms. It slows the inspection and pulls attention away from the building. SiteWrite takes a different approach: a few taps capture what the surveyor sees, and the platform writes the report from those notes in seconds.

The result is a quicker, more thorough inspection, with the surveyor's attention on the property rather than the keyboard.

How it works:

The surveyor walks the property and taps against each element. A curated phrase library makes selection fast: tap the description, tap the specification, tap the issues observed. Add detail where it matters. Photograph what's relevant. Annotations populate from the items already selected, so labels aren't typed twice.

Linked sections such as risks, legal matters, and follow-up actions update automatically as items are tagged with their pre-assigned flags. By the time the surveyor leaves the property, the structured record is complete.

The AI then writes each paragraph from those notes in seconds. The surveyor reviews and refines. Nothing is invented; nothing is observed that the surveyor didn't observe.

What's in it:

- Curated phrase library: thousands of phrases, editable per firm
- Issue-driven photo annotations and auto-populated linked sections
- Fully offline-capable for basements, lofts, and rural sites
- Branded PDF output ready for client delivery

Built for firms, not just individuals:

Multi-tenant from day one. Each firm gets its own phrase library, AI prompts, branding, and user accounts, fully isolated. Designed to white-label.

Currently configured for RICS Home Surveys, with the structure to support other inspection-led report types.

In private beta. Follow the page to see how the platform develops and to be notified when beta access opens.
