SitFlow is the world’s first patented, NEAT Certified by the Mayo Clinic, under desk leg swing that provides unconscious, natural leg and lower body movement while seated.

It’s like a swing for feet which gives 360° movement and supports a variety of activities including walking, marching, and running.

Whether it be at work, in a classroom, while watching tv or playing video games, SitFlow allows users to keep moving throughout the day without sacrificing productivity. The key is NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenesis), which includes any motion done without consciously thinking about it (fidgeting, tapping your feet, etc.). SitFlow channels that activity into trackable movement that burns at least 17 percent more calories than sitting still while not being a distraction.

Developed with support and validation from the Mayo Clinic and University of Illinois, SitFlow helps counteract many of the problems associated with sedentary behavior. A lifestyle of prolonged sitting results in what has been dubbed “sitting disease” and is associated with an increase in obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, even among those who exercise regularly. SitFlow's unconscious movement and non-distracting benefits have been recognized as a tool that can improve ADHD/hyperactive students concentration.

Standing desks improve posture, but ignore the issue of being still all day. Desk treadmills and ellipticals are expensive and distracting from the work day, SitFlow is the best of both worlds.
