Lev Goncharov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) field. Currently serving as a Senior Software Manager at SiTime since April 2021, Lev leads a distributed software team focused on developing in-house solutions for R&D and MEMS production. Prior roles include MEMS Engineering & Software Manager at Analog Design Tech, where Lev founded a tool for analog circuit design automation utilizing modern optimization techniques and machine learning. Lev has also held various positions at SiTime, including Principal MEMS Engineer, leading product design for timing applications while developing advanced simulation tools. Academic qualifications include multiple master's degrees in Economics and Management, as well as Electronics of Solid State, alongside a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics, all from Saint Petersburg State University.
