Eeva Hellström

Eeva Hellström has extensive experience in foresight, societal training, and development, currently serving as Senior Lead at Sitra since April 2008, with roles in strategy and program direction. Hellström holds key leadership positions, including Chairman of the Management Board at Suomen metsäkeskus since March 2017 and former Chairman of the Board of the Finnish Forest Association from January 2016 to December 2021. Previous roles also include Chairmanship at the Finnish Forest Research Institute and a directorial position at the Finnish Forest Association. Eeva's academic background includes a Doctorate in Environmental Economics and a Master’s in Land Use Economics and Forestry from the University of Helsinki.
