After 12 years of sitting at a computer desk job, my body was broken. Despite years of sports and exercise, sitting at a computer caused the worst injuries I’ve ever had. Since then, I’ve become passionate and obsessive about the most efficient ways to live a healthy sedentary lifestyle.

My name is Todd Bowen. I’m a lifelong athlete and former computer desk worker. After correcting my posture, I became a Certified Posture Specialist (CPS) to help others learn how to sit with good computer posture.

I share my experience on SittingPosture.com. I write articles about the common posture mistakes I used to make. I also talk about the ways I fixed my poor computer posture.

I wrote a book titled 45 Ways to Improve Computer Posture. It’s a quick and direct guide to healing repetitive strain injuries, for the part-time athlete who sits at a desk full-time. You can find it at SittingPosture.com/book.

I wrote a free ebook titled 3 Ways to Improve Computer Posture Immediately! It talks about the 3 most painful computer posture mistakes I used to make. Then, it tells you how to fix those mistakes immediately! It’s a clear, actionable, 3 step process. You can download a free copy at SittingPosture.com/ebook.

I publish a free email newsletter called Computer Posture Newsletter. I don’t spam or sell email addresses. You can unsubscribe at any time. Other than LinkedIn, I don't have any social media. So, this newsletter is the easiest way to keep up with all my content. You can sign up for it at SittingPosture.com/newsletter.

Thanks for your interest in sitting posture. If you’ve read this far, congratulations! You’re taking valuable steps that will improve your computer posture. That’s something to be very proud of.

Take care,
Todd Bowen
