Ellen Notkamp

Ellen Notkamp has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager Zorg at De Lichtenvoorde since May 2008, where responsibilities include managing, coaching, and guiding multiple care teams within residential LVB youth care, as well as overseeing ambulatory youth teams in various social domains. Prior to this role, Ellen worked at TBS Kliniek Oldenkotte from June 1996 to May 2008, initially as a sociotherapist in high-security units before advancing to operational manager. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Pedagogical Assistance from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, completed in 1996, and has a VWO-Atheneum diploma from Twents Carmel College Oldenzaal.
