Founded in 2012, Sivar Co is a leading company in El Salvador in the agro-industrial sector, specializing in the production and commercialization of fruit and vegetable products across Central America and Mexico. With an innovative approach, in 2021, Sivar Co expanded its business model to offer advanced cold chain solutions, becoming the first company in El Salvador to provide specialized services for the handling of food, pharmaceutical, and biological products requiring controlled temperature conditions to meet the highest quality standards.

In our most recent project, we are developing the largest greenhouse in the region exclusively dedicated to the cultivation of bell peppers. This project encompasses 200 hectares of high-technology greenhouses, designed to optimize the quality and efficiency of our production. We are committed to excellence and sustainability and are in the process of obtaining certifications such as Global GAP, CPA, and USDA, reinforcing our commitment to international quality and safety standards.
