Tom Panella

Tom Panella is a client-focused professional with over 35 years of leadership experience in development, water and natural capital, and climate resilience. Currently serving as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors at the Stockholm International Water Institute, Tom leads a new governance structure aimed at addressing global water challenges. Previously, Tom held senior roles with the Asian Development Bank, where responsibilities included managing substantial portfolios across various countries and directing water and climate change programs. With education in public policy and water resources from prestigious institutions, Tom continually seeks innovative solutions for sustainable development.
